The Expertise & Licences Are in Place. Now We Need the Right Partners.

Founded in 2022, Plural Consulting and Mining is a growing West African mining and consultancy firm headquartered in Sierra Leone with operations extending into The Gambia and Nigeria. We hold mineral licences, possess deep local and regulatory knowledge, and are actively seeking equipment investors and joint-venture partners to help us scale to international production standards.

πŸ“œ

Verified Licences & Legal Frameworks

We hold active prospecting and mining licences across Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Nigeria. All are fully compliant with each country's mineral regulatory framework and ready for operational scale-up.

🀝

Seeking Equipment & Investment Partners

We are a capable team with strong ground knowledge but limited heavy equipment. We welcome JV partners, equipment financiers, and investors who want exposure to West Africa's mineral wealth with a trusted local operator.

🌍

Community Trust & Government Access

Years of work in Sierra Leone, Gambia, and Nigerian communities mean our partners inherit trusted local relationships, reducing the risk and friction that comes with entering new territories alone.

We Have the Ground.
You Bring the Machine.

Plural Consulting and Mining is not a finished product. We are a growing operation with real mineral licences, verified site access, regulatory clearances, and trusted community relationships across Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Nigeria.

What we currently lack is the heavy equipment needed to move from small-scale activity to mechanised, export-grade production. We are looking for investors and equipment partners willing to co-invest through equipment provision, equipment leasing arrangements, or joint-venture structures, in exchange for a fair share of the revenues we generate together.

Express Interest
🚜

Equipment Provision / Leasing

Provide excavators, haul trucks, drilling rigs, or processing units on a lease or revenue-share basis. We operate, maintain, and return agreed yields.

🀝

Joint Venture Partnership

Co-invest in a specific site or country operation. You bring capital or equipment; we bring licences, local relationships, and operational management.

πŸ’°

Direct Financial Investment

Invest directly into Plural C&M for an equity stake. Funds are directed toward equipment procurement, site development, and compliance upgrades to reach export-grade output.

West African Mining Footprint

From the Freetown Peninsula to Nigeria's mineral-rich Middle Belt, our licences and advisory mandates span Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and Nigeria for mining activities with ambitions to scale each with the right equipment partner.

Nigeria Β· Tin, Columbite & Gold

Middle Belt Mineral Exploration, Jos Plateau and Beyond

Nigeria holds some of West Africa's most underexploited mineral deposits including tin, columbite, iron ore, and gold across the Middle Belt. Plural holds exploration interests in this corridor and is actively seeking equipment partners to progress from artisanal-level activity to mechanised, globally compliant production. This is a ground-floor opportunity for the right investor.
